Newly appointed structural officials of Universitas Tarumanagara (Untar) signed an integrity pact document during an inauguration ceremony and a three-day leadership and governance training program for Untar structural officials held at Hotel Episode, Banten.
The signing ceremony was witnessed directly by Untar Rector Prof. Dr. Amad Sudiro, S.H., M.H., M.Kn., M.M., and Vice Rector Assoc. Prof. Sri Tiatri, S.Psi., M.Si., Ph.D., Psikolog, along with other members of Untar’s leadership board.
The Rector emphasized that the signing of the integrity pact reflects the commitment of the newly appointed officials to refrain from Corruption, Collusion, and Nepotism (KKN), while carrying out their duties professionally, honestly, and responsibly. The pact also represents their willingness to comply with the regulations, procedures, and work ethics implemented within Untar.

Another commitment highlighted in the pact is the pledge not to abuse authority in carrying out duties and responsibilities. The officials also declared their readiness to undergo evaluation from the university leadership should they violate the contents of the integrity pact, in accordance with the applicable regulations at Untar.
The signing of the integrity pact by all Deans, Heads, and Secretaries of Study Programs forms part of Untar’s efforts to ensure that every structural official possesses a strong moral and ethical foundation in carrying out leadership roles, while also strengthening clean, effective, and integrity-driven organizational governance.
