The Tarumanagara Management Student Association (IMMANTA) held the Entrepreneur Talkshow 2025 series on November 17–20, 2025, at the Auditorium Room, 17th Floor of Building A, Tarumanagara University Campus II. With the theme “Igniting the Next Generation of Innovators, Thinkers, and Entrepreneurs,” the event aims to equip students with innovative insights and real-world experiences from industry professionals.

On November 19, Ira Santoso, Director of Metrodata Group, shared insights on leadership and boosting sales in the session “How to Improve Sales through Leadership as an Entrepreneur.” The talkshow series concluded on November 20 with Yongki Komaladi, Chairman of the Board of the Yongki Komaladi brand, who presented “How Local Brands Thrive in Competitive Markets,” discussing strategies for local brands to compete in modern markets. The event also featured Jessica Isabella, Founder of Jims Honey, with the session “Which One to Choose: One-off or Sustainable?” exploring the decision between one-time projects and long-term business models.
In addition to the talkshow, IMMANTA organized I-Market, a large bazaar featuring dozens of food tenants and student MSMEs. This year, I-Market showcased several popular brands such as Haidilao, Shilin, and various other tenants that boosted visitor enthusiasm. The bazaar served as a platform for students to promote their products, practice entrepreneurship, and build business networks.

The Event Chair, Jason Matica Widagdo, stated that through the Entrepreneur Talkshow 2025, the committee hopes to bring new perspectives, real business practitioner experiences, and relevant strategic insights to help students understand industry dynamics and prepare the next generation to face future professional competition. He also highlighted the presence of the I-Market Bazaar, which provides a space for entrepreneurs to interact directly with students, allowing them to enjoy a variety of products, support business owners, and experience a more vibrant atmosphere throughout the event.
Through a combination of inspiring talkshow sessions and an entrepreneurship bazaar, Entrepreneur Talkshow 2025 is expected to strengthen the spirit of innovation and encourage Untar students to become a creative, adaptive, and competitive young generation in the modern business landscape.
