Angela emphasized that young people must continuously strengthen their soft skills, including creativity, communication, and adaptability, alongside their technical competencies. She highlighted both the challenges and opportunities present in today’s business and industrial landscape, particularly within the rapidly evolving media industry.
“As human beings, we must continuously develop ourselves in terms of creativity, innovation, morality, and many other aspects. Indonesia is a country full of opportunities. With its favorable demographics and abundant natural resources, the younger generation must be prepared to take advantage of these strengths,” she said.
The event also featured the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Tarumanagara Foundation and PT MNC Televisi Network, PT MNC Kapital Indonesia, Tbk., Universitas Media Nusantara Citra, MNC Peduli, and Yayasan Jalinan Kasih.

“In line with this year’s PKKMB theme, I hope students will continue to take bold steps in exploring positive new opportunities and stepping outside their comfort zones. Campus life is not limited to classroom learning, but also includes experiences beyond the classroom, such as student organizations and interest-based activity units,” he said.
The Rector also stated that collaboration with MNC Group would continue to be expanded to create broader learning opportunities and partnerships for students.
