Untar’s Public Relations attended the discussion on service quality organized by the Higher Education Services Institute Region III (LLDIkti III). The event, titled “Public Communication Forum on Service Standards of LLDikti Region III”, was attended by the Head of LLDikti III, Prof. Dr. Toni Toharudin. S.Si., M.Sc. bertempat di kampus Institut IPMI, Jakarta, Senin (11/11/2024).
This event was held to gather feedback from stakeholders regarding the services provided by LLDIkti III. The outcome of this meeting is expected to serve as input for LLDIkti III to improve its public services.
The Head of LLDIkti III, Prof. Dr. Toni Toharudin, emphasized that the services provided by the institution must be optimal for the recipients. He mentioned that there should be additional items beyond the service standards to make the services more comprehensive.
“This public communication forum is meaningful in building optimal public services,” he said during the opening of the event.
In accordance with the Minister of State Apparatus Utilization and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) Regulation No. 16 of 2017 regarding the guidelines for organizing Public Consultation Forums (FKP) in public service units, the FKP is defined as a participatory activity involving dialogue, discussion, and the exchange of opinions between public service providers and the public. The goal is to gain understanding and solutions, as well as to improve the quality of public services.
Several topics discussed in this LLDIkti III Public Consultation Forum (FKP) included public relations, educator resources, information systems, institutional frameworks, and partnerships. The participation of Untar’s Public Relations, represented by the Head of External Relations, Yugih Setyanto, demonstrates the trust placed in Untar to contribute valuable input in improving LLDIkti III’s services.
The FKP also invited Indra Setiawan, a Young Policy Analyst and Assistant Deputy for Community Participation Empowerment from the Deputy for Public Service of the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia (KemenPAN-RB), as a resource person. Also present was the Rector of IPMI Institute, Prof. Ir. Aman Wirakartakusumah. M.Sc., Ph.D. The event was also attended by representatives of the stakeholders of LLDIkti III, including several universities. (YS/PA/VC)
