As part of ongoing efforts to strengthen partnerships in education, research, and community service, Untar, through its Faculty of Medicine (FK) and Faculty of Psychology (FPsi), paid an official visit to RS Soeharto Heerdjan. The delegation was warmly received by the hospital’s leadership during a meeting held on Wednesday (03/06/2026) at the Integrated Services Building of RS Soeharto Heerdjan.
The Untar delegation, led by Vice Rector Assoc. Prof. Sri Tiatri, S.Psi., M.Si., Ph.D., Psikolog, together with representatives from the Faculty of Medicine and Faculty of Psychology, was welcomed by the Director of RS Soeharto Heerdjan, dr. R. Soeko Nindito Daroekoesoemo, M.A.R.S., along with members of the hospital’s management team.
Representing Untar were Vice Rector Sri Tiatri, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Dr. dr. Noer Saelan Tadjudin, Sp.KJ., Head of the Undergraduate Medical Program dr. Yoanita Widjaja, M.Pd.Ked., Head of the Medical Profession Program Dr. dr. Shirly Gunawan, Sp.FK., as well as representatives from the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) and the Faculty of Psychology.

Meanwhile, the hospital introduced its management team, including the Director of Education and Research, the Director of Finance and Operational Services, and representatives from the Functional Education Unit.
“This visit is part of our effort to strengthen existing relationships while expanding collaboration opportunities between our two institutions. The close proximity between Untar and RS Soeharto Heerdjan also presents a strategic advantage for developing more intensive cooperation in education, healthcare services, research, and community engagement,” said dr. Soeko Nindito.
During the meeting, RS Soeharto Heerdjan presented several of its flagship services, including Psychogeriatrics, Psychosocial Rehabilitation, and its ongoing development toward becoming a Main Teaching Hospital (RSPPU). The hospital noted that these initiatives align closely with its institutional development goals. The management also welcomed opportunities for further collaboration, encouraging the exchange of cooperation proposals and participation in academic activities as concrete follow-up measures.
On the same occasion, the Vice Rector of Untar emphasized the importance of inter-institutional synergy in strengthening the tridharma of higher education.
“This meeting represents an important step in strengthening the synergy between Untar and RS Soeharto Heerdjan in advancing education, research, community service, and healthcare services that generate meaningful benefits for society,” she stated.
Through this meeting, both institutions are expected to establish a sustainable partnership and make significant contributions to the advancement of education and healthcare services in Indonesia. (VC/YS)
