Universitas Tarumanagara (Untar) welcomed a delegation from GH Raisoni College of Engineering (GHRCE), Nagpur, India, on Wednesday (28/1/2026) at Campus I Untar. The visit marked an initial step toward exploring academic collaboration and reflected Untar’s commitment to strengthening the internationalization of higher education.
The GHRCE delegation consisted of Dr. Ashish Raut, Dr. Yogesh Nandanwar, Dr. Pramod Walke, Dr. Sourabh Shukla, and Dr. Rupesh Shelke. The delegates were welcomed by Untar Vice Rector Assoc. Prof. Sri Tiatri, S.Psi., M.Si., Ph.D., Psikolog, together with Dean of the Faculty of Engineering Dr. Ir. Wilson Kosasih, S.T., M.T., IPM, ASEAN Eng., Head of the Undergraduate Mechanical Engineering Program Ir. Didi Widya Utama, S.T., M.T., Ph.D., and heads of institutional units within Untar.
The visit also served as an occasion for an Academic Innovation Meeting, during which both institutions discussed various opportunities for collaboration. Discussions focused on the development of partnerships in education and academics, including student exchange and internship programs for students.
One of the GHRCE delegates, Dr. Pramod Walke, expressed appreciation to Untar for the warm welcome and the opportunity to engage in the discussion.
Responding to this, Untar Vice Rector Assoc. Prof. Sri Tiatri emphasized that international collaboration forms an important part of Untar’s strategy to prepare graduates who are adaptive and globally competitive.
“I hope this collaboration can soon be realized and expanded into various other forms of academic cooperation,” she stated.
Through this visit, Untar and GHRCE affirmed their shared commitment to follow up on the collaboration initiatives that have been introduced. The synergy between the two institutions is expected to generate collaborative programs with tangible impact, while also supporting Untar’s vision as a leading and globally competitive university.
