Universitas Tarumanagara Career organized the Industry Gathering 2025 on Thursday (4/12/2025) at Building M, Campus I of Universitas Tarumanagara, as part of its commitment to student career development and strengthening relations with the industrial sector.
As an institution focused on providing career development programs, corporate partnerships, and fulfilling students’ workforce needs, Untar Career brought together dozens of companies from various sectors. The forum was attended by deans, heads of study programs, and faculty representatives.
This meeting connected industry partners with relevant faculties within Universitas Tarumanagara to discuss and provide input on curriculum development, teaching and learning processes, and graduate competency requirements.

The event aimed to open a dialogue between companies and Universitas Tarumanagara academics to formulate new understandings for curriculum development and academic quality enhancement, while also strengthening the partnership between Universitas Tarumanagara and the industry.
Rector of Universitas Tarumanagara, Prof. Dr. Amad Sudiro, S.H., M.H., M.Kn., M.M., in his remarks expressed his expectations for the event. He emphasized that industry input serves as an important foundation for producing research and learning that are relevant to corporate needs.

The series of events continued on the second day with the Internship Fair Untar 2025 on Friday (5/12/2025), featuring presentations from participating companies regarding their profiles, workforce needs, and available career opportunities. This session was designed to invite Universitas Tarumanagara students, particularly those currently in active semesters, to join and pursue careers in the participating companies. (VC/YS)
