The Faculty of Engineering (FT) at Untar welcomed an assessment team from the National Accreditation Agency for Higher Education (BAN-PT) for an on-site evaluation as part of the re-accreditation process for the Undergraduate Architecture Study Program. The assessment took place from August 7–9, 2025, at Building M, Campus I Untar.
The assessment team consisted of Dr. Lisa Dwi Wulandari, S.T., M.T. from Universitas Brawijaya, Dr. Rahadhian Prajudi Herwindo, S.T., M.T. from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan, and Zahrotul Latifah, S.E. from BAN-PT.
The assessors were welcomed by Untar Vice Rector, Sri Tiatri, S.Psi., M.Si., Ph.D., Psikolog., accompanied by Head of the Undergraduate Architecture Study Program, Maria Veronica Gandha, S.T., M.Arch., as well as lecturers from the Architecture Study Program.
The Vice Rector emphasized that the assessment process is an important component of the external quality assurance system aimed at maintaining and enhancing the quality of higher education, including within the Undergraduate Architecture Study Program.
“This activity reflects Untar’s commitment to continuously conducting evaluation and improvement efforts to produce graduates who are excellent, adaptive, and globally competitive,” she said.
Meanwhile, speaking on behalf of the assessment team, Dr. Lisa Dwi Wulandari expressed her hope that the evaluation process would proceed smoothly and contribute to the continued improvement of educational quality within Untar’s Architecture Study Program.
“As academics, we bear a significant responsibility to nurture young generations who can contribute positively to the nation and society. Therefore, we will do our best to carry out this assessment process effectively, and we hope that everything planned can be implemented optimally,” she said.
The three-day assessment included document verification, interviews, and visits to various learning support facilities. The evaluation aimed to ensure that the Undergraduate Architecture Study Program at the Faculty of Engineering, Untar, meets the national standards of higher education and is well-prepared to produce high-quality graduates with strong competitiveness.
