Students from the Faculty of Psychology of Universitas Tarumanagara (FPsi Untar) achieved a remarkable accomplishment at the Creative Scientific Psychology Competition (KLIK) 2025, held at Grand Tebu Hotel, Bandung. The FPsi Untar team, consisting of Nikole Edmonda Yapputro, Regine Caitlyn Suwu, and Reni Juniarsa Pranata, successfully secured First Place in the prestigious national competition.

KLIK 2025 carried the theme “Strong Mind, Healthy Life: Improving Mental Health for a Resilient Generation” and was conducted from 2 March to 17 May 2025. The competition attracted participants from universities across Indonesia and consisted of three selection stages: abstract evaluation, full paper assessment, and an oral presentation before a panel of judges.

Organized by the Department of Education and Scientific Development of the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Psychology at Universitas Islam Bandung (UNISBA), in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Unit of the Faculty of Psychological Sciences (KIMPSI) UNISBA, the competition provided a platform for psychology students to present creative ideas through scientific papers that are both practical and impactful for society.

The success of the FPsi Untar team demonstrates that Untar students not only excel academically but also possess strong national competitiveness, supported by innovative and critical thinking. This achievement serves as tangible evidence of Untar’s commitment to producing graduates who are competent, adaptive, and responsive to contemporary societal needs.

In an interview following the announcement of the winners, Nikole Edmonda Yapputro shared a message of encouragement for fellow students. “To my friends in FPsi Untar, don’t hesitate to participate in competitions. Even if you initially lack confidence, these experiences allow us to learn so much and gain invaluable opportunities. Keep up the spirit!” she said.

The event was also supported by lecturers from UNISBA, Universitas Paramadina, and several sponsors, including Dandiah Care, TACO, Apotek Trinanda, and Generasi Sehat Mental (GSM). The enthusiasm and achievement of the FPsi Untar team are expected to inspire other students to continue creating impactful work and actively contribute to the advancement of psychology at both the national and international levels.
