The Education Cooperation Attaché from the French Embassy in Indonesia, Antoine Bricout, visited Untar to witness discussions and seminars held in collaboration with the Institut Français d’Indonésie and the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design (FSRD) Untar, at the Executive Lounge, Main Building, Campus I Untar, on Monday, November 11, 2024. During the visit, Antoine Bricout was accompanied by the Executive Director of L’École de Design Nantes Atlantique, Christian Guellerin, and was welcomed by Untar’s Vice Rector, Prof. Dr. Rasji, S.H., M.H.
Prof. Dr. Rasji expressed that the meeting was beneficial as it provided an opportunity for students, especially from FSRD Untar, to deepen their understanding and mastery of their chosen fields. “Moreover, the relationship built will foster new ideas in discussions and faculty cooperation, as well as contribute to the development of ethics and professionalism in the future,” he said.
Antoine Bricout expressed his appreciation for the opportunity to assist students in developing their potential. He hopes that this event will strengthen academic ties and open further collaboration opportunities.
Christian Guellerin also mentioned that this meeting is expected to build cooperation and serve as a constructive forum for both parties. The meeting and discussion were also attended by the Head of the Visual Communication Design (DKV) Program at Untar, Ruby Chrissandy, S.Sn., M.Ds., and the Head of the Interior Design (DI) Program at Untar, Dr. Maitri Widya Mutiara, S.Ds., M.M. (VC/YS/VC).
