Untar served as the host of the Aorus Campus Tour 2024 series of events. Organized in collaboration with Gigabyte Aorus Indonesia, the event took place on 26–27 August 2024 at the Untar campus.

Aorus Campus Tour 2024 is an initiative focused on introducing and discussing Artificial Intelligence (AI) through speakers who are practitioners from the technology industry. The event provided students with insights into the world of AI while also offering hands-on experience in utilizing AI technologies.

Held across eight universities nationwide, the event series featured Booth Activities, Workshops, an AI Prompting Competition, and a Street Fighter Six Competition. Among the speakers were journalist Yabes Elia and Ilham Subki from Gaptech.Id. At Untar, the workshop carried the theme “Generative AI for Student & Potential Future Opportunity.”

Joshua Hadinata Christianto, Chairperson of Cat’s Project by The Lazy Monday, stated that Untar strongly supports student activities, particularly those organized by the Faculty of Information Technology, by facilitating the implementation of events such as this.

“We hope that the AI Workshop has provided students with a glimpse of today’s technology industry, which can be explored further in the future by every student,” he concluded. (LA/YS/KJ)
