Program Studi (Prodi) Sarjana Hukum Untar telah terakreditasi Unggul dan dipercaya pemerintah memiliki proses pembelajaran yang berkualitas sehingga secara rutin ditunjuk sebagai penyelenggara Sertifikasi Mediasi oleh Mahkamah Agung. Constitutional Moot Court Competition juga secara rutin diselenggarakan berafiliasi bersama Mahkamah Konstitusi.
Program pembelajaran dilaksanakan dalam dua pilihan yaitu Reguler Pagi dan Reguler Sore dengan menerapkan sistem blended learning, pembelajaran lintas prodi melalui program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM), serta tersedia program Rekognisi Pembelajaran Lampau (RPL) bagi mahasiswa yang memiliki pengalaman kerja dan prestasi bidang akademik maupun nonakademik.
Kurikulum pembelajaran didesain sesuai kebutuhan praktik di bidang hukum, dilengkapi dengan kasus-kasus terkini dan laboratorium yang lengkap untuk praktik bidang hukum, termasuk kegiatan peradilan semu.
