Dr. Ir. Wati Asriningsih Pranoto, M.T.

Head of Master of Civil Engineering Study Program

Dr. Ir. Wati completed her bachelor’s degree in 1990 and has been an educator since 1991. She successfully presented her dissertation at Institut Teknologi Bandung in 2005. Since 1991 she has been active in professional activities in the field of Water and the professional institution HATHI (Association of Indonesian Hydraulic Engineers) as a member and HATHI administrator in scientific cooperation. Dr. Ir. Wati is still the administrator of the HATHI Center until now. As secretary of the Civil Engineering Department from 2005 to 2009, she served as Head of the Department of Civil Engineering until 2012. Her professional career goes hand in hand with the activities of educators by having an Associate certificate of expertise as a Water Resources expert. Thus, it shows how she’s an expert on water projects in Sumatra, Maluku, Papua and other places. In addition to the above activities, she’s a protodeacon of the parish of St. Matias the Apostle for two periods (2013-2019). Then since 2018, he has served as the Chair of the Master of Civil Engineering Study Program at Universitas Tarumanaga until now.
