His expertise is in Business Information Systems and Corporate Organizational Behavior. His expertise is in Business Information Systems and Corporate Organisational Behaviour. This expertise helped him obtain a PhD in Business Information Systems in 2007 from the Australian School of Business, University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia.
As the permanent lecturer at the Faculty of Information Technology, he has succeeded in obtaining research from the Ministry of Research and Technology every year on an ongoing basis (2010-2020).
The results of his research have resulted in more than 20 Copyrights and have publications of journal articles and proceedings of international repute. He has regularly been a Visiting Research Fellow at UNSW Business School, University of New South Wales, Australia (2008-2014).
In addition to serving as Head of the Untar Research and Community Service Institute since 2016, he has also been a consultant in the Banking and Financial sector in Australia and Indonesia specialising in knowledge management systems (2000-2007).
He is the founder and General Chair of the Indonesian Information Systems Association, mostly known as ASII, which has also been a member of the Association of Information Systems (AIS) since 2007 until now. Currently, he is a member of International Association for Cross-Cultural Psychology.
