Carrying the theme “Character-Based Leadership as the Foundation of Ethical and Sustainable Enterprises,” the event served as a platform for researchers and community service practitioners from various universities to publish research findings, expand academic networks, and encourage the implementation of ethical and sustainability values in leadership practices.
The event was officially opened by Untar Rector Prof. Dr. Amad Sudiro, S.H., M.H., M.Kn., M.M., who emphasized that Senapenmas is not merely an annual academic agenda, but also an important momentum to strengthen the tangible contributions of higher education institutions in addressing societal challenges in the global era.

“Through Senapenmas, Untar remains committed to strengthening academic culture and cross-disciplinary collaboration so that research and community service outcomes can provide tangible benefits to society,” Lydiawati stated.
Meanwhile, Head of LPPM Untar, Assoc.
