The Business Accounting Study Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Untar, in collaboration with PbTaxand, successfully organized a seminar and Campus Hiring event on Friday (17/10/2025) at Campus II Untar. The event began with a seminar session and was followed by an on-site recruitment process.
The initiative reflects the implementation of the “Impactful Campus” concept while supporting the Merdeka Belajar–Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program, under which higher education institutions serve not only as centers of learning but also as drivers of a human capital development ecosystem that prepares graduates to compete in the workforce.
The seminar was attended by approximately 77 undergraduate students from the Accounting Study Program. During the event, participants also attended a company profile presentation delivered by the PbTaxand team. PbTaxand is an independent tax consulting firm specializing in tax advisory services, tax compliance, and transfer pricing, and is part of the global Taxand network, which operates in more than 40 countries.
The seminar focused on tax obligations for first-time taxpayers, providing students with an understanding of income tax responsibilities they are likely to encounter upon entering the workforce.
Through this program, students had the opportunity to gain deeper insights into the company’s profile, understand the dynamics of careers in the taxation sector, and participate directly in the recruitment and selection process. The organization of the seminar and Campus Hiring event reaffirms Untar’s commitment to delivering impactful education, expanding learning opportunities beyond the classroom, and preparing graduates who are ethical, competent, and capable of contributing meaningfully to the nation.
