Doc: Humas Untar – SV

The Faculty of Information Technology (FTI) at Untar successfully hosted the Meta Spark 2024 Final Competition, an Augmented Reality (AR) creation contest for high school students, on Thursday, November 7, 2024, at Untar Campus I. The event was officially opened by Untar Rector, Prof. Dr. Amad Sudiro, S.H., M.H., M.Kn., M.M.
Meta Spark 2024 aimed to equip the younger generation with the skills to tackle technological challenges by introducing them to the fields of Information Systems and Informatics at an early stage. Over the course of three days, eight schools advanced to the final round of the competition.
The Rector emphasized that this competition supports Untar students in gaining deeper knowledge and relevant techniques in the field of information technology.
Team Work of Arts from SMA Bukit Sion emerged as the first-place winner, followed by Team Meta Crew from SMA Bukit Sion in second place, and Team Orange RM from SMKN 7 Jakarta in third place.
A member of the winning team, Work of Arts, expressed their excitement and commitment to continue striving for improvement. The winners hope that the competition will help them enhance their skills and build confidence to face future challenges.
