Untar has socialized and promoted its excellence to the community well and is expected to continue to develop to educate the nation.

This was stated by the Director of the Executive Board of the National Accreditation Board of Higher Education (BAN-PT) Prof. Dr. Ir. Ari Purbayanto, M.Sc. when visiting Untar’s booth in the 19th Jakarta Higher Education Week (PPTJ), Wednesday (10/1) at Balai Kartini Jakarta.

Director of BAN PT Executive Board who was accompanied by Head of Higher Education Service Institution Region III (LLDikti III) Prof. Dr. Toni Toharudin, S.Si., M.Sc. was welcomed by Rector of Untar Prof. Dr. Ir. Agustinus Purna Irawan, M.T., M.M., I.P.U., ASEAN Eng.

Rector revealed that Untar’s presence in the PPTJ event was a form of Untar’s collaboration with the Regional Government, LLDikti III, and various universities. In addition, the exhibition is a form of Untar’s contribution to the advancement of higher education.

“Untar actively contributes to this event to introduce Untar to the public, build a learning community, and see the development of universities that can be used as an evaluation of Untar’s performance in designing university excellence that can be seen by the public,” he said.

Meanwhile, the Head of LLDikti III specifically expressed his appreciation to Untar for its involvement in this PPTJ event.

He hopes that the public will make Untar their choice to support the government’s program in creating superior human resources.

PPTJ is an annual event organized by LLDikti III and DKI Jakarta Education Agency. The three-day event is attended by various universities to promote their excellence to attract prospective students. (AW/YS/KJ)
