Rugun Romaida Hutabarat, S.H., M.H.

Head of Bachelor of Law Study Program

Completed Bachelor of Law at Faculty of Law Semarang National University, Master of Law at Universitas Diponegoro, and currently undergoing Doctorate of Law at Universitas Gadjah Mada. Started to teach after her placement as a recipient of Dikti Lecturer Candidate Scholarship in 2015, and currently teaches various criminal law subjects.

Aside of teaching, she is active in researches, community engagements, and publications in national and international journals, especially regarding to the implemnetation of criminal law, criminology, and victimology. Active in internal and external organizations, as a speaker, moderator of various science events, and as a researcher outside of campus, such as with Research and Development Center of Republic of Indonesia Supreme Court.

She was the Student Tutor at Faculty of Law Untar for two periods, from 2018 – 2022, and as the Internal Auditor for International Organization for Standarization (ISO) since 2017. She is still looking forward to contribute more to develop education by being a competent lecturer, building better and smarter new generation for Indonesia Emas (Golden Indonesia).
