Ir. Oei Fuk Jin, S.T., M.Eng., D.Eng. earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Indonesian Christian University in 1991, and subsequently earned a Master of Engineering (1995) and a Doctor of Engineering (2007) from the Asian Institute of Technology, both in the field of Construction Management.

Before becoming an active faculty member, he gained decades of experience as a practitioner at various national and international companies, including consulting firms, contractors, and developers, in Jakarta and Thailand. After earning his bachelor’s degree, he served as a teaching assistant at the Indonesian Christian University and as a faculty member in the inaugural class of the Civil Engineering Department at Bina Nusantara University before pursuing his doctoral studies. Since 2015, he has been a lecturer at Tarumanagara University. His research focuses on Engineering Economics, Construction 4.0, Risk Management, and Project Management, and he actively mentors students in scientific publications and the strengthening of their academic competencies.
