Completed Bachelor of Law to Doctorate at Faculty of Law Untar. Started his career as Pariksa in Indonesian Army Military Police Center (PUSPOMAD), he has completed Training of Trainers National Values Reinforcements for Indonesian Lecturers 2012 in Republic of Indonesia National Defense Institute (Lemhanas RI).

Active in researches, has become head researcher and member of researchers in researches that received Dikti Research Grants. He has written and published several academic books, and active in science forums.
