Prof. Dr. Rasji, S.H., M.H. earned his bachelor’s and doctoral degrees from the Faculty of Law at Tarumanagara University and completed his Master of Laws degree at the University of Indonesia.

Since 1991, he has served as a lecturer at Tarumanagara University. Throughout his career, he has held positions including Staff to the Rector for Regulatory Affairs, Chair of the Undergraduate Law Program, Vice Dean for Academic Affairs at the Faculty of Law, Secretary and Member of the Faculty of Law Senate, as well as Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, Secretary, and Member of the University Senate. Currently, he serves as Dean of the Faculty of Law.

As a testament to his professional achievements and contributions, he leads and manages the Era Hukum Journal, serves as Chair of the Task Force for the Establishment of the Master’s Program in Notary Law and the Doctoral Program in Law, Chair of the Curriculum Development Team for the Bachelor of Law Program across the Jakarta-Bogor-Depok-Tangerang-Bekasi (Jabodetabek) region, and Chair of the Statute Drafting Team for Untar. He is also active as a non-judicial mediator in court, a member of the national certified mediators’ association, a member of APTISI III Jakarta, a member of the Association of HTN and HAN Instructors, and Chair of the APHI Accreditation Division. Additionally, he is active in research, Community Service Programs (PKM), scholarly publications, proposal reviewing, and the acquisition of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
