Dean of the Faculty of Psychology

Dr. Rostiana is a Senior Psychologist with a background in clinical and industrial-organizational psychology. She obtained her Psychology degree from Universitas Indonesia while obtaining her doctorate from Universitas Padjadjaran. Her interest in positive psychology has made her do lots of research with students on well-being, quality of work-life and job performance. While in community service, often provide retirement readiness training for employees who will complete their tenure. In addition to her role as an academician, she conducts many assessments, training, and consultations in Human Resource Management and Development, both in government agencies and private companies.
