Dean of the Faculty of Medicine

Dr. Noer completed his bachelor’s studies at Faculty of Medicine Untar in 1990. Continued Psychiatry Specialist at FK UI and graduated in 2004. Then continued to study Master of Medical Education at Faculty of Medicine Universitas Hasanuddin and graduated in 2018. He has been working as an ER, ESWL, and Hemodialysis Doctor at Mitra Kemayoran Hospital from 2018 to 2020, and as a psychiatrist during Aceh Tsunami in December 2004.

Currently, he is active as a psychiatrist at Royal Taruma Hospital and Dharmawangsa Psychiatry Hospital Jakarta, and as a doctor/psychiatrist at STW RIa Pembangunan Cibubur Nursing House and Hana Nursing House in Ciputat/Pamulang from 2005.
