TikTok Shop by Tokopedia organized a Certified Internship Preparation Training for Universitas Tarumanagara (Untar) students under the theme “Waktunya STARt Academy.” The program was held from 26 January to 2 February 2026 at the 7th Floor of Building M, Campus I Untar, and was attended by students from various study programs.
The training featured speakers from TikTok Shop, namely Yohana Uli Damanik and Regine, who provided participants with practical insights and training materials.
The program was organized as part of a commitment to preparing students entering their sixth semester and participating in internship programs. The training aimed to equip students for the professional world, particularly in the fields of e-commerce and digital marketing. With the rapid growth of TikTok Shop as a digital commerce platform, competencies in these areas are increasingly in demand by the industry, making it essential for students to develop relevant skills.
Throughout the program, participants received training on TikTok Shop store management, digital marketing strategies, as well as algorithm and data analysis. Students were also assigned tasks that were later evaluated to assess their understanding of the materials delivered during the sessions.
“For Untar students, this training is not only beneficial for those entering the digital business sector, but also for developing skills in data analysis, design, and communication within the professional world,” explained Regine.
Through this training, students are expected not only to be better prepared for internship programs but also to obtain certifications that can strengthen their portfolios and readiness to enter the workforce. (KS/YS)
