Every year on March 15, the world celebrates World Consumer Rights Day to raise awareness of consumer rights and the importance of consumer rights protection, especially in commercial transactions.

The protection of consumer rights is more important than ever, given that electronic commerce is increasingly dominating in this digital era.

One important aspect of consumer protection is the protection of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). Intellectual property rights include copyrights, trademarks, patents, and industrial design rights.

Realizing this, Untar through the Faculty of Law (FH) Untar has held various activities to raise awareness of the importance of IPR in protecting consumer rights.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding consumer rights or IPR, do not hesitate to consult with legal experts or authorized institutions to get the right resolution.
