After the holiday period ends, we often find it difficult to return to our daily routines. This symptom is known as Post-Holiday Blues, a condition in which a person has difficulty adjusting to routine activities after a vacation period.

The feelings vary, from lack of enthusiasm, difficulty concentrating, to feelings of stress, and even a variety of unpleasant feelings.

However, don’t worry. There are several steps that can be taken to deal with Post-Holiday Blues and restart the routine with renewed vigor. Check out some tips below that can be applied!

1. Reflect and Prioritize
After the holidays, it’s important to take some time to reflect and reprioritize. Write down goals and set priorities that need to be achieved. By planning clear steps, routines can be restarted in a more organized and focused manner.

2. Adequate Rest and Self-Care
It is important to get enough rest and take care of yourself after a vacation. Make sure to get quality sleep to keep your body and mind healthy. Do relaxation activities such as a warm bath to help reduce stress and improve blood circulation.

3. Give Time to Adapt
