Electrical Engineering Student Exhibition Provides Insight into Technology Development

Electrical Engineering Undergraduate Study Program of Faculty of Engineering (FT) Untar held an exhibition of students’ thesis work at Electronics Lab, Campus I Untar. The event was opened by the Head of Electrical Engineering Undergraduate Program Yohanes Calvinus, S.T., M.T. on Friday (26/1).

Yohanes said that the exhibition, which was held for the second time, invited school partners and Electrical Engineering industry partners. The aim is that the exhibition can be a bridge between school partners and industrial partners.

Dean of FT Harto Tanujaya, S.T., M.T., Ph.D. hoped that the students’ works could become a forum in providing new insights into the rapid development of technology for the future.

In particular, the Dean expressed his appreciation to all students who have produced innovative works.

The works displayed in this exhibition include IoT-based Portable Air Quality Monitoring Tool, Design of Savonius Helical Turbine with Cloud Storage, Automatic Workout Sports Movement Recognition Device, Design of Ball Speed Measurement System for Futsal Ball Kicking Practice, Design of Foreign Exchange Price Prediction System, 220VAC Fan Motor Speed Level Control System, and Earthquake Warning System in Multi-storey Building with Integration of Alarms, Lights, and Automatic Emergency Doors.
