Students of the Bachelor of Management Study Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) have made another achievement. Adrian Hartanto managed to become the best in the creative category in the Mandiri Young Entrepreneur Business Plan (WMM) competition which was announced Monday (22/1) online.
Adrian outperformed 8,290 other participants from all over Indonesia in the competition held by Bank Mandiri.
Under the guidance of Dr. Dr. Yenita, S.E, M.M, M.B.A, M.Si, M.T, M.H, M.Pd, M.Ak, M.E, M.I.Kom, M.M.S.I., Adrian carried a work entitled “Organic Soap for Various Skin Problems Using Environmentally Friendly Packaging.”
Adrian explained that his idea came from the many skin problems that have not been resolved with conventional soaps that are full of chemicals. He was moved to create a solution with organic soap that is environmentally friendly.
“This soap is not only safe for all skin types, but also free from harmful chemicals,” Adrian continued.
He revealed that he felt proud because he could bring the good name of Untar and get an achievement in the event which was attended by participants from all over Indonesia.
Adrian especially expressed his appreciation to Untar and Dr. Yenita for her guidance during the competition. Adrian hopes other students can follow his footsteps to compete.
“Pour all the ideas in your head and throw away the fear of failure because it is all a process of victory,” Adrian said.
WMM is an activity carried out in response to the need for inclusive economic development, as well as encouraging the birth of a new generation of entrepreneurs. Bank Mandiri has been running this event for almost 17 years, by giving appreciation to young entrepreneurs, pioneers, and start-ups. (CS/AW/KJ)
