Business Accounting student of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Untar Vinnetta Ratna Sari won two categories in the Tangerang City Anti-Drug Ambassador 2023 event, Saturday (9/12) at Universitas Islam Syekh-Yusuf (UNIS) Tangerang.

Vinnetta successfully advanced to the Top 7 position of Anti-Drug Ambassador of Tangerang City 2023 as well as achieving Top 3 Talented Anti-Drug Ambassador of Tangerang City 2023.

In this event, Vinnetta competed with other contestants to win the title of Anti-Drug Ambassador of Tangerang City 2023. These ambassadors will later help the government realize a clean Tangerang City from drugs, with the younger generation as the pioneers of change.

In addition, the ambassadors have an important role in educating the younger generation to unite in fighting drug abuse.

Vinnetta said that she was interested in participating in this competition after carrying out one of the Independent Learning Independent Campus (MBKM) activities, Campus Teaching, at one of the high schools.

She admitted that she was motivated to become an anti-drug ambassador and help socialize this to high school students.

“I learned a lot from this competition, one of which is public speaking, which I can use for socialization to schools,” she said.

Through her achievements, Vinnetta invited all Untar students to dare to try new things and believe in their own abilities.

“If you are afraid, when will you start? Just keep doing your best!” concluded Vinnetta.

This event is an initiative of the Tangerang City Anti-Drug Ambassador Association 2023 with direct support from the Tangerang City National Narcotics Agency (BNN). (KJ/AW/KJ)
