Untar’s Faculty of Medicine celebrated its 58th Anniversary with the theme “Excellent Lecturers: Creating Reliable Generation Z Doctors”, Wednesday (11/15) at Campus I Untar. The celebration was filled with seminars from the Rector and practitioners.
Dean of FK Untar Dr. dr. Noer Saelan Tadjudin, Sp.Kj. hopes that the seminar can add insight and motivate lecturers to produce reliable graduates in the professional world.
Rector Prof. Dr. Ir. Agustinus Purna Irawan, M.T., M.M., I.P.U., ASEAN Eng. said that lecturers must be the spearhead or role model for students in improving student quality and faculty accreditation.
According to him, the first step is to become a lecturer with noble character, creativity, knowledge, and responsibility.
“With that, lecturers can apply their knowledge and mold students into reliable generation Z doctors,” continued the Rector.
Head of the Department of Health Behavior, Environment, and Social Medicine Prof. Dra. Yayi Suryo Prabandari, M.Si., Ph.D. was present as a speaker at the “Educating Generation Z Students” seminar. She revealed that the role of lecturers is needed to educate students.
Also attending the seminar were Chairman of Tarumanagara Foundation Prof. Dr. Ariawan Gunadi, S.H., M.H., Head of Untar Public Relations Office Dra. Paula T. Anggarina, M.M., and invited lecturers. As the moderator, Untar Faculty of Medicine lecturer Dr. Yoanita Widjaja, M.Pd.Ked. (YI/AW/KJ)
