Untar Master of Management (MM) Study Program student team, Crescere Innovate, won the second place in the 11th Master’s Journey in Management (MJM) competition, Wednesday (25/10) at the Universitas Indonesia (UI).
MJM is an annual national master’s level management competition organized by UI Faculty of Economics and Business. This year, UI collaborated with BP Jamsostek.
Consisting of Adiabagus Wijaya, Jessica Vianto, and Darryl, the Crescere Innovate team successfully demonstrated their ability to design innovative business strategies in front of a panel of judges consisting of industry experts and academics.
These strategies are expected to be used by BP Jamsostek to help achieve its goals.
Adiabagus revealed that the name Crescere Innovate means ‘grow and innovate’. As the name implies, the Crescere Innovate Team hopes to continue to produce innovations that are beneficial to society.
“Hopefully our success will inspire other students to continue and keep working wherever and whenever,” continued Adiabagus.
Head of MM Study Program Dr. Keni, S.E., M.M. said the event was an opportunity for students to engage in practical learning. In addition, the competition can be utilized to build networks with professionals in the management industry.
The competition was attended by 88 teams from various universities. The event aimed to create solutions that are not only effective, but also sustainable.
Participants were not only tested on their understanding of existing business challenges, but also on their ability to collaborate, think creatively, and communicate ideas effectively. (AW/AW)
