Untar in collaboration with Universitas Udayana (UNUD) and the University of Hawaii carried out international level Community Service (PKM) activities under the Fulbright project, Tuesday (19/9) in Ubud, Bali.
The PKM was aimed at honey bee farmers, with the theme “Best Practice Training for Stingless Beekeeping”. The speakers of this activity were Prof. Pamela from the University of Hawaii, Prof. Dr. Tjokorda from UNUD and Prof. Dr. Ir. Agustinus Purna Irawan, M.T., M.M., IPU, ASEAN Eng. who is also the Rector of Universitas Tarumanagara.
Prof. Agustinus expressed his gratitude for this international PKM collaboration and gave a presentation related to entrepreneurship skills for MSMEs participating in the training.
Untar facilitates MSMEs in the form of training and mentoring and supports in the form of facilities that can be used by MSMEs to increase the ability and capacity of MSME businesses.
This PKM activity has run well and received appreciation from the stingless honey bee farmers. Participants hope to get assistance for various activities to improve the ability of MSMEs in carrying out their activities. (PA/API/KJ)
