In order to optimize performance in accordance to predetermined plan and target, Untar held Employee Performance Target (SKP) Socialization. This socialization also gives a deeper comprehension regarding task and responsibility of every personnel at Untar.

This socialization presents speakers from Higher Education Service Institute (LLDikti) region III Taufan Setyo P., S.Kom., M.Si. and Agung Permana N., S.Kom., Friday (17/2) at Untar Campus I Auditorium and opened by Vice Rector Dr. H. Rasji, S.H., M.H.

Taufan Setyo explained and introduced the newest regulations from Permenpan RB No. 6 Year 2022 that not only assesses lecturer’s performance, but also organizational performance.

“The regulation not only assesses lecturer’s perfromance, but also organizational performance. This should make the system simpler,” he explained.

SKP will be prepared by each personnel in order to propose academic position promotion, transfer process, and others (SC/YS/AW)
