Completed the last formal education at the Postgraduate Doctoral Program of Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia, and actively participates in various training / courses, as well as non-formal education in the fields of law and management and leadership. He often provides expert testimony / expert witnesses, and is active as a training / course instructor, as well as a speaker / resource person in various scientific meetings both domestically and abroad, actively researches also writes books & articles in national and international scientific journals in the fields of transportation / aviation law, and international law, as well as treaty / contract law. He has experience working both as an lecturer and legal practitioner (Advocate & Arbitrator), as well as serving as the head of institutions / agencies, and legal professional organizations, including; Chairman of the National Leadership Council of the Indonesian Legal Profession Association (DPN-APHI), Chairman of the Indonesian Construction Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution Agency (BADAPSKI), as well as Advisor to the Association of Indonesian Law College Leaders (APPTHI), and Supervisor of the Central Leadership Council of the Indonesian Legal Doctor Association (DPP-ADHI).
