Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business

Ronnie Residianto Masman is a lecturer, practitioner, and structural member. Practitioner’s experience started from Charoen Pokphand Group (a Thai company engaged in the business of providing mobile card 3, poultry, shrimp, animal feed and poultry) when he was in his 7th semester of undergraduate college in 1994. He worked to help his parents’ catering and printing business while studying since 1991. He is also a lecturer who teaches at the Management S1 Program and the Accounting S1 Study Program, Faculty of Economics & Business, Universitas Tarumanagara, from 1997 until now. Assisting the Faculty as a structural member since 2000, he served as the Management Department Secretary II (2000 – 2004), the Management Department Secretary III (2004 – 2008), and then trusted to be the Head of the Management Department and concurrently Head of the Management Study Program (2008 – 2012). He then became the Assistant Dean II of FEB UNTAR (2012-2017) and still gains trust to be the Deputy Dean of FEB UNTAR for the 2017-2021 period). His area of expertise is Human Resources Management and Marketing (Sales). Ronnie has just launched three best-selling books (Job Analysis, Organization Design and Executive Compensation Management) with Mitra Wacana Media Publisher and Elexmedia Komputindo Publisher at the Gramedia Bookstore. He conducted several studies and Community Engagments, such as research on the topic of Leadership, Measurement of Visitor Satisfaction in the FEB UNTAR Library, as well as Community Engagements (explaining the Higher Education System, how to Study in Higher Education, Tips for Choosing the Right Major and Study Program according to Interests, Talents and Funds) to schools. Some of them comes from Jakarta (SMAK II Penabur Jakarta, SMAK III Penabur Jakarta, SMAK Catholic Don Bosco II Pulo Mas, SMAK IV Penabur Kelapa Gading), Semarang (SMA Catholic Kebon Dalem, SMAK Loyola, SMA Karang Turi), Magelang (SMAK Tarakanita), Bagan Prepare fire (Wahidin High School and Bintang Laut High School), and Pekan Baru (Kalam Kudus High School and Santa Maria High School).
