Dean of the Faculty of Law

Earned his Doctorate degree from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia (FH-UI), while actively participating in various training/courses and non-formal education in the fields of law and management and leadership. Often provides expert testimony/expert witnesses, and is active as a training/course instructor, as well as a speaker/resource person in various scientific meetings both domestically and abroad, and actively researches and writes books & articles in national and international scientific journals in the field of transportation law/ aviation, and international law, as well as the law of treaties/contracts. Experienced both as academics (lecturers) and legal practitioners (Advocates & Arbitrators), and serving as heads of institutions/agencies and legal professional organizations, among others; Chairman of the National Leadership Council of the Indonesian Legal Professions Association (DPN-APHI), Chair of the Indonesian Construction Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution Board (BADAPSKI), and Advisor to the Association of Indonesian Legal Universities Leaders (APPTHI), and the Advisor to the Central Executive Board of the Indonesian Legal Doctoral Association (DPP-ADHI).
