Steven Darmawan, S.T., M.T. “I hope that students and participants can gain insights and new experiences that will be valuable for their personal growth and future careers,” he stated.

Sharing from a global business perspective, Barry Rowan emphasized that innovation always comes hand in hand with challenges.

“Every innovation brings both challenges and opportunities. The key lies in how we find solutions to each challenge, because it is from there that greater innovation will emerge. Whether in business or education, the ability to adapt to change is the main capital for continuous growth,” he explained.

Meanwhile, Ilaria Chan highlighted the importance of diversity in the future business landscape.

“Diversity in the market has a significant impact. Every individual has unique characteristics and preferences, and this can drive the emergence of inclusive innovations that are relevant to society’s needs,” she said.

The panel discussion was not only a forum for sharing insights but also created a space for interaction between students, lecturers, and international practitioners. Through this forum, Untar reaffirmed its commitment to consistently present academic activities that are interactive, relevant, and oriented toward the challenges of the times.
