The Bachelor’s Program in Informatics Engineering (TI) at Tarumanagara University (Untar) has once again reinforced its commitment to ensuring the quality of higher education by achieving the “Excellent” accreditation from the Independent Accreditation Body for Informatics and Computer Science (LAM INFOKOM).
This accreditation was granted based on LAM INFOKOM’s Decision No. 034/SK/LAM-INFOKOM/Ak/S/III/2025, following a comprehensive field assessment conducted by the accreditation team, who visited the TI program at Untar and thoroughly evaluated various aspects, including the curriculum, human resources, facilities, and industry engagement.
The Rector of Untar, Prof. Dr. Amad Sudiro, S.H., M.H., M.Kn., M.M., expressed his appreciation for this achievement. He emphasized that this result is the outcome of the hard work and synergy of the entire academic community in building an excellent and globally competitive education.

In line with this, the Head of the Bachelor’s Program in Informatics Engineering, Viny Christanti Mawardi, S.Kom., M.Kom., stated that the “Excellent” accreditation is not only an achievement but also a challenge to continuously maintain and enhance the quality of academic services, research, and community service in the field of information technology.
“Moving forward, I hope that the Informatics Engineering program can further enhance this achievement with international-level accreditation,” she said.
Through this assessment, Untar demonstrates its strong commitment to ensuring sustainable education quality. The TI program at Untar continues to innovate in delivering a learning system that not only meets national accreditation standards but also responds to the dynamics of technology and the rapidly growing needs of the digital industry.
