Dr. Hetty Karunia Tunjungsari, S.E., M.Si.

Director of Institute for Research & Community Service

Graduated from the Bachelor of Management Study Program of Padjadjaran University, Master of Science in Management Science of Gadjah Mada University, and Doctor of Management Science of the University of Indonesia, Hetty Karunia Tunjungsari started her career as a permanent lecturer at the Business Management for Undergraduate Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Untar. She has research and community service interests in Consumer Behavior, Sustainable Tourism, and Sustainable Entrepreneurship and has received funding from various internal and external sources. Since 2009, she has routinely received research funding from the Ministry of Higher Education, government agencies, as well as the industrial community and also universities from abroad. Apart from being a lecturer, Hetty is also involved in various professional activities and has a Certified Compliance Oversight Professional (CCOP) certification in Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance, she has completed consulting projects in various Indonesian BUMN companies since 2019 to date. One of herprofessional activities in the marketing field is as an Expert in Digital Marketing at the Ministry of Tourism.
