Universitas Tarumanagara (Untar), through the Institute for Learning and Academic Innovation, has opened its document validation service for new students of the 2026/2027 Academic Year. This administrative process is mandatory for all new students before they can obtain their Student ID Card (KTM), undergo a urine test, and collect their alma mater blazer.
The document validation service will be available from July 6 to August 10, 2026, every Monday to Friday from 08:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (WIB) at the Integrated Service Center, Building M, Campus I of Untar.
The document validation process is as follows:
- Prospective students collect a queue number at the Integrated Service Center, Building M, Campus I of Untar.
- Students who have completed all required documents will be directed to the Academic Registration Counter for document validation. Those with incomplete documents or administrative issues will be referred to the Special Counter at the Integrated Service Center to complete the necessary requirements.
- After the validation process is completed, students may collect their Student ID Card (KTM)/Student ID at the designated counter.
- Students are required to undergo a urine test at the Lobby of Building M, 1st Floor, Campus I of Untar.
- Finally, students may have their measurements taken and collect their alma mater blazer at the Lobby of Building M, 1st Floor, Campus I of Untar.
Upon completing all of these stages, new students are required to pay the Education Fee (BPP) and Semester Credit Unit (SKS) fees through the Virtual Account (VA) system. Payment must be made no later than two weeks after registration through the designated banks as follows:
- BCA for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB);
- BNI for students of the Faculty of Engineering (FT), Faculty of Medicine (FK), Faculty of Fine Arts and Design (FSRD), Faculty of Psychology (FPsi), and Faculty of Architecture, Planning, and Real Estate (FAPRE);
- Bank Mandiri for students of the Faculty of Law (FH), Faculty of Information Technology (FTI), and Faculty of Communication (Fikom).
Through this integrated document validation service, Untar remains committed to providing an orderly, efficient, and accessible administrative process, enabling new students to prepare themselves for the start of the 2026/2027 Academic Year. (CS/PA)
