The Tarumanagara Management Student Association (IMMANTA), in collaboration with the Tarumanagara Accounting Student Association (IMAKTA), successfully organized a Job Fair themed SUPERNOVA from May 5–10, 2025, at Hall A and Hall BC, Campus II of Tarumanagara University (Untar). Carrying the tagline “Shaping Unique Potential, Expanding Real Opportunities of Visionary Achievement,” the event aimed to bridge talented students with leading companies seeking new talent.
A total of 19 tenants from various industry sectors participated, including national and multinational companies such as KPMG, OCBC Sekuritas, BRI, Mazars, Meccaya, MAG Insurance, Johan Malonda Mustika & Rekan, TDI, Forvis Mazars, PT Aneka Mitra Cipta (AMC), and Mr. DIY.
The Chairperson of the 2025 Job Fair, Irfan, expressed his gratitude for the enthusiastic response from participating companies. “We didn’t expect to attract big names like KPMG, OCBC Sekuritas, and Mr. DIY. Up to this point, the event has run smoothly, and we’ve successfully reached our target number of participants, both from within and outside the university. Hopefully, this Job Fair serves as a bridge for students to find companies that align with their interests and competencies,” said Irfan.
Appreciation also came from company representatives. Riza, from the Digital Marketing team at OCBC Sekuritas, expressed satisfaction with the event’s organization. “The facilities are excellent, and the participants were very interactive. In the future, it would be even more interesting to have a job fair with a specific focus—such as one dedicated to fintech or finance companies,” she remarked.
Siska from the Human Resources team at KPMG added, “The facilities provided were highly supportive, and the committee was always responsive and helpful. We hope to discover many new talents from Untar to join KPMG.”
The SUPERNOVA 2025 Job Fair was not only a recruitment event but also served to strengthen the connection between academia and the professional world, while broadening students’ perspectives on various career opportunities after graduation. (VH/AJ/YS)
