Untar Rector, Prof. Dr. Amad Sudiro, S.H., M.H., M.Kn., M.M., attended the 2025 National Education Day commemoration organized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology (Kemdiktisaintek) on Friday (May 2, 2025), at the Kemdiktisaintek office.
The 2025 National Education Day commemoration, themed “Universal Participation to Achieve Quality Education for All,” was attended by the Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology, Prof. Brian Yuliarto, S.T., M.Eng., Ph.D., Deputy Minister Prof. Dr. Fauzan, M.Pd., and Prof. Stella Christie, Ph.D., along with other Kemdiktisaintek officials. The event was also attended by university leaders, students, and industry partners.
This National Education Day commemoration served as a platform for Kemdiktisaintek to present its policy directions and officially launch the “Diktisaintek Berdampak” initiative. Brian Yuliarto emphasized that “Diktisaintek Berdampak” is a strategic and transformative effort designed to address national development challenges and support the realization of the Indonesia Emas 2045 vision.
“Higher education does not only serve as a provider of knowledge, but also as a key driver of the nation’s social and economic transformation,” he stated.
He emphasized the commitment of impactful campuses that support the national agenda in higher education, particularly in the context of strengthening the 3T regions (underdeveloped, frontier, and outermost).
On this occasion, the University of Tarumanagara Choir (PSUT) had the honor of being one of the performers at the 2025 National Education Day (Hardiknas) commemoration event. (VC/YS/AJ)
