Residents of RW 04, Kembangan Selatan, West Jakarta, now have a greater opportunity to maintain their health and prevent Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) thanks to the establishment of Pos Pembinaan Terpadu (Posbindu) Rosella. This program is held regularly every month at the SPS Puri Indah Silaturahmi Hall, with the aim of conducting early detection and addressing risk factors for NCDs such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, and hyperuricemia.
Posbindu Rosella is an initiative by the RW 04 management that emphasizes the active role of the community in the prevention of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs). This program targets adult residents aged 25 and above, including those who are healthy, at risk, or already suffering from NCDs.
This program is also part of the Community Service (PKM) initiative led by Dr. Twidy Tarcisia, M. Biomed., a lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine, Tarumanagara University (FK Untar). Through various health screenings, such as blood pressure measurements, blood sugar, total cholesterol, uric acid, weight, height, and waist circumference, the community can gain early awareness of their health conditions and receive the necessary care and treatment.

3. Physical Measurement: Examination of weight, height, waist circumference, and blood pressure.
4. Health Examination: Blood sugar test, total cholesterol, and uric acid test.
5. Education and Follow-up: Health counseling and recommendations for a healthy lifestyle or further consultation.
