Doc: Untar PR – CS
Holding a structural position at Untar is no light responsibility. The university has achieved various significant milestones and plays a strategic role in shaping the nation’s future generations. This responsibility must be maintained and even enhanced by the new officials. This statement was delivered by the Head of the Higher Education Service Institution Region III (LLDikti III), Prof. Dr. Toni Toharudin, S.Si., M.Sc., during the orientation event for Untar’s new officials on Monday (16/12/2024) at Hotel Episode, Banten.
“Untar has a strategic role in producing intelligent future generations. However, there are currently 24 higher education institutions under LLDikti III that hold excellent accreditation, making them competitors for Untar,” he stated.
The Head of LLDikti III expressed his confidence in the competence of Untar’s new officials in facing various future challenges. According to him, the key to Untar’s success in enhancing its reputation both nationally and internationally lies in several aspects, including excellent academic quality, internationally accredited study programs, and a consistent quality assurance system.
“Strong leadership is also a key to success, alongside integrity and commitment,” he emphasized. Furthermore, he hopes that Untar can play a more significant role in providing access to higher education, especially for underprivileged regions. Strategic steps recommended include establishing distance learning programs and Off-Main Campus Study Programs (PSDKU).
Through these initiatives, it is expected that Untar can further strengthen its position as one of the leading higher education institutions capable of making a tangible contribution to the advancement of national education.
