University collaborations play a crucial role in improving the quality of education in this global era. In this regard, Untar is actively establishing partnerships with universities, both domestic and international. This was conveyed by Untar’s Rector, Prof. Dr. Amad Sudiro, S.H., M.H., M.Kn., M.M., during the visit of the Zhejiang University delegation from China, on Monday (October 21, 2024), at Meeting Room 1, Main Building, Campus I, Untar.
“This collaboration is one of the steps to position Untar as a World Class University. Therefore, through this internationalization program, I hope the collaboration will continue and lead to sustainable innovations in the field of education, particularly on the international stage,” he added.
During the meeting, various topics were discussed, including challenges of urbanization and the growing complexity of spatial needs. The visit provided an opportunity to explore potential collaborations and exchange ideas and experiences, especially in the field of architecture. The delegation also discussed opportunities for internships, joint programs, and doctoral collaborations that would benefit both institutions.
The Zhejiang University delegation included General Manager and Chief Architect Professor Wang Jian, Deputy GM and Head of United Architecture Studio No. 1 Mr. Chen Yu, Head of United Architecture Studio No. 4 Mr. Qian Xidong, and Manager of International Affairs, PR, and BD Department Mr. Weien Huang (Frost).
