Untar held Untarian Awards 2024 with the theme “Untar for Indonesia and the World: Moving Together to Build Human Resources for Golden Indonesia” at the Auditorium of Untar Campus I, Thursday (2/5). The event was held in commemoration of National Education Day (Hardiknas) 2024.
This activity gave awards to institutions and offices that made achievements, one of which was the Public Relations Office which won Gold Winner in the subcategory of Website and Social Media, and Silver Winner in the subcategory of Public Relations Personnel for Untar Public Relations Dra. Paula T. Anggarina, M.M. at Anugerah Diktiristek 2023.
In addition, the Public Relations Office also received the Public Relations Indonesia Awards (PRIA) 2024 Digital Channel category with the Silver Winner subcategory of Website and Bronze Winner subcategory of Instagram Social Media.

The Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) also received an award for the Best SINTA Journal Publication for Private Universities (PTS).
In addition, study programs that received Excellent accreditation, as well as study programs and libraries that received A accreditation also received awards.
To date, there are 14 excellent accredited study programs and five A accredited study programs in Untar.
This year, awards were also received by 23 lecturers and permanent employees with 25 years of service, as well as appreciation for 133 Untar students who excel in arts, reasoning, and sports, both at national and international levels.
Rector Prof. Dr. Ir. Agustinus Purna Irawan, M.T., M.M., I.P.U., ASEAN Eng. expressed his appreciation for the achievements made by the academic community. He hopes that this achievement can continue to be improved in the future.

“Untar’s achievements have been good, marked by many institutions that produce outcomes and study programs that have achieved Excellent accreditation. In the future, we need to increase our achievements to the international world as the implementation of Untar for the World,” said the Rector.
Meanwhile, Chairman of Tarumanagara Foundation Prof. Dr. Ariawan Gunadi, S.H., M.H. revealed that there are still many challenges that Untar will face in the world of education. He hopes that Untar will do many international collaborations in order to develop into a global campus.
Ariawan also appreciated the academic community who have worked and contributed in making Untar proud, both through academic and non-academic achievements.
“May Hardiknas be a celebration of the achievements of the academic community, and may we get better,” concluded Ariawan.
The Rector also received an award at the event for his achievements in the Academic Leader Award 2023. Meanwhile, Ariawan also received an award for achieving the title of Youngest Professor in LLDikti III.

Untar Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) student Oliver Budi Wangge revealed that Untar always supports students in developing their talents in academics and non-academics.
Oliver became one of the awardees in the 2024 Untarian Awards for the gold medal he won at the 2023 Cambodia SEA Games from the E-Sport Valorant sport.
In addition to the awarding, the faculty website was also launched with a new look. This step aims to strengthen Untar’s reputation as a public body, which has the responsibility to provide information openly with all stakeholders.
The event was also enlivened by Kembang Kemayoran Dance by the Psychology Faculty Student Activity Unit (UKMF), Padmanagara, as well as performances from Tarumanagara Band UKM (BAR). (KJ/AW/YS/PA/KJ)
