Untar held a halalbihalal event themed “Celebrate Victory in Diversity” at Untar Campus I, Thursday (18/4). The event was held in order to maintain the relationship between Untar and all stakeholders.
The event was attended by Danramil 03/Grogol Petamburan Major Inf. Manatap Rajagukguk, S.E., M.H., M.M., Police Chief of Grogol Petamburan Kompol Muharram Wibisono Adi P., S.H., S.I.K., M.H., Head of Tomang Village M. Suratman, and Tarumanagara Foundation leaders.
This year, the halalbihalal featured Cirebon culture through the performance of Rampak Bedug and Cirebon Topeng Dance by Yudha Asri Cultural Studio.
Rector Prof. Dr. Ir. Agustinus Purna Irawan, M.T., M.M., I.P.U., ASEAN Eng. revealed that the Untar campus is a reflection of the atmosphere of Indonesia. The diversity in Indonesia is represented in Untar through the atmosphere of learning and celebrations.
He also reminded that all levels of society need to support each other in diversity. “We need to contribute in our respective fields and support each other to produce something useful for the nation and state,” he concluded.
Secretary of Tarumanagara Foundation Vedrych J. Kusnanto, S.Kom., M.M., representing the Chairman of Tarumanagara Foundation, said that this halalbihalal event is a typical tradition to keep in touch.
Hopefully, the event can strengthen the bond of brotherhood among the big family of Untar.
