Rector of Untar Prof. Dr. Ir. Agustinus Purna Irawan, M.T., M.M., I.P.U., A.E. visited Multimedia University (MMU), Malaysia, Thursday (21/9). The visit was conducted in order to strengthen Untar’s internationalization with foreign universities.

Rector and delegates were welcomed by Vice President, Academic and Innovative Learning (VP AIR) MMU and Prof. Dr. Ir. Wong Hin Yong and Director of International Collaboration and Engagement (ICE) MMU Dr. Abdul Aziz Ahmad.

Rector said that Untar is ready to cooperate in the fields of university management, research and community service, student activities, and internationalization activities such as student exchanges.

“We have established many collaborations with various overseas educational institutions and industries. Entering our 64th year, we want to contribute to the world, in line with our slogan Untar for Indonesia, Untar for the World,” said Rector.

Prof. Wong Hin Yong welcomed Rector’s invitation. According to him, MMU is ready to collaborate with Untar in various fields that can advance the reputation of both universities.

During the visit, Rector was accompanied by Head of Public Relations Office Dra. Paula T. Anggarina, M.M. and International Student Exchange Officer Didi Widya Utama, S.T., M.T., Ph.D. (AW/AW)
