The Thematic Real Work Lecture (KKNT)/Building Villages activity for the odd period 2023/2024 officially began on Friday (1/9). The activity, which was held in Ciherang Village, West Java, will end on Friday (22/9).
This activity was attended by nine Untar students consisting of five students from the Faculty of Engineering, two students from the Faculty of Law, and two students from the Faculty of Economics and Business.
Rector of Untar Prof. Dr. Ir. Agustinus Purna Irawan, M.T., M.M., I.P.U., A.E. in the mentoring hoped that Untar students participating in KKN can help the community in need with the knowledge learned at Untar.
KKNT activity is one of the activities of Independent Learning Independent Campus (MBKM). Untar as one of the best universities in Jakarta as well as the organizer of the best form of MBKM learning activities, is active in conducting KKNT activities through collaboration with strategic partners.
This program is expected to hone students’ soft skills, interdisciplinary teamwork, and leadership in managing development programs in rural areas.
In addition, KKNT is an education that provides off-campus experience to students, while contributing to the development of village and regional potential. (DW/AW)
